Hi everbody! I would like to present my tactical ideas created for Nottingham Forest: Football Manager 13 tactics. Looking there, you will see an original tactical system completely described by me. I cannot put here a duplicate of the description, though I can try to depict the idea and latest results.

Idea:
Every opponent should be analysed individually. Thus, I analyse its strong and weak areas, tactics they used and faced, pay attention to weather , etc. After that I choose one of 3 tactics depending on what I learned. The idea is in that all the tactics differ much not only in team/player instructions or strategy but also in formation: Counter-attacking 4-1-2-1-2, Control narrow 4-2-3-1, Classic 4-4-2. Such approach allows to struggle against any team successfully.

Results:
I played 1 season only and managed to get promoted to the Premier League with Nottingham Forest from the 3rd position. Not a great achievement but I feel I can claim my tactical system works pretty well.
