Hi everyone.
I decided to share this tactic with you all. This combination works very good in my save games, and I hope that will work for you too, if you follow all my
instructions for playing with this tactic. I will start with trainings, first of all all defenders move to defenders schedule and select tackling
to all in training focus, all midfielders to midfielders schedule and select agility to all, all strikers to forwards schedule and select composure to all, and
to all GKs select handling, all of this you should to do for youth team too
. About formation, match preparation, 2nd tactic selection, team policy,
shouts, I will post screenshots:

Who are using as the playmaker (position wise) with this tactic, im presuming it's the amc?

Going to give it a go with my Sunderland game.

Seems kind of odd to give press and teamtalks to assistant. This is a major source of motivation and can really carry the team, especially a weaker one.

Nobody, it's selected none, for target man also, leave it, don't change anything.
