Hi everyone ;) In this thread I will offer 2 tactics, one for home and neutral pitch games, and other one for away games.
I made these ones in my save with Leverkusen, and I did not have much time for testing with other teams, but I tested it with Man Utd in
Community Shield game against Chelsea, I repeated that game about 10 times because of testing, and I won every time, except once because
Rooney was sent off in 5th minute, result was 1:0, and I tested a little and with Roma, successfully, and all this testings I did it without
new signings. Now I will post some pictures of my successes in Leverkusen:

Champions League Final

German Cup Semi-final

Bayern declassed in Bundesliga, too

Club World Championship Semi-final, almost the entire match with 10 players

In the same competition, big River declassed

Champions League second leg against awesome Barcelona

2 games with strong Arsenal in CL group stage

This picture make me sad, but that is professionalism :D

Match Preparation

I recommend my training schedules from the previous presentation on the page:
http://forums.fm-bri...ason-champions/

Training focus instructions for a youth squad:
All goalkeepers: Handling (GK Mladi (Youth) schedule)
All defenders: Tackling (General Mladi (Youth) schedule)
All midfielders to Agility or all midfielders to Off the ball, depends what works better for you (General Mladi (Youth) schedule)
All strikers: Composure (General Mladi (Youth) schedule)

Training focus instructions for a first team:
All goalkeepers: Handling (GK-Golmani schedule)
All defenders: Tackling (Defense-Odbrana schedule)
All central midfielders to Agility and all side midfielders to Off the ball (Midfield-Vezni schedule)
All strikers: Composure (Strikers-Napad schedule)
Best free-kick taker set to free-kicks, best corner taker set to corners, best penalty taker set to penalties.

I have another advice for you, in a private chat with your strikers and side midfielders you could request this:
Preferred Moves / Movement Training / I would like you to start attempting a few more one-twos... and that was useful for me ;)
If you lose at half time:
AWAY: change tactic to HOME NEUTRAL
HOME AND NEUTRAL: change tactic to AWAY
but you should do this just in cases when you dont have better possession and number of shots than your opponent. In reverse cases,
at home you should change your worse striker, and at away you should change your worse central defender.
And thats it, if I forgot something, I will add later, and now the most important thing, links for download :)

HOME NEUTRAL

AWAY

Enjoy and report here how the tactics works for you, and if something is not clear, ask me freely, I am here ;)
Btw sorry if my english is bad :D

Could you go in to more detail about your training please?

I am new to FM 2011 and finding it a big jump from FM 2010.

Having said that this tactic does look amazing.

Cheers

I thought I would give you some feedback on this tactic.

In FM2010 I had been using Mr Hough's tactics and found they were very effective not only at winning games but helping the youngsters I like to buy. In general I only buy players that will go straight in to the first team or I buy youngsters that I want to develop and bring in to the team with in 2 or 3 season. I found in general that once you got the youngsters in the team the effort they made and the fight they had was better than buying people all the time.

Anyway enough about FM2010. I have started playing FM2011 and with out the comfort blanket of my well know tactic and training systems I was struggling. I normally play as Atletico Madrid as I find its a lot harder to win La Liga than the Premier League due to the quality of Barca and Real. Who at the start of the game really are powerhouses with the deep quality through out the squad. Not to mention the superstars of Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

With this tactic I have some success and some strange results although in the main its has been excellent. I have found against certain teams home and away they have no answer to the tactic. I have found that against some teams while I generating chances I am not actually scoring at all or enough.

This could be due to that when you start a new game as Atletico Madrid the midfield is week apart from Tiago. The two wingers that I start with as well are also not up to the quality of the rest of the team. But now I know that I am sure I can fix it in the transfer market at the end of the first season.

I have now set up the training as documented in your other thread and look forward to improved results and pushing on to the Champions League title B)

Thanks

Thanks for the feedback, I am glad to hear that it works good for you, good luck with Atletico, and can you post here some screenshots of your successes? Cheers.

Marconni

Im in awe by this tactical setup.

My Liverpool side has shown a vivid display of great attacking football while using your tactics. I've only lost to Man City in about 11 games. Im 2nd - no players brought in.

I got some problems on corner kicks, though. The opposition is getting easy counter attacks, and sometimes the attacker is all alone at the halfway line, and can just storm down to Reina.

I also think the two central midfielders often is way too attacking in their approach. Also, i've got Stevie G on the advanced player role, and had to change his player instructions because shooting from distance was at "rare".

I'm gonna test it throughout this season I think, and i'll give you more feedback when possible. I would love a "shut up shut version" or a tactic that easily can be used against the big sides. A tactic with more focus on ball posession and closing down.

But for now, big up Marconni!

Thank you very much, I am glad. About corners, you can fix that problem if you set stay back option to one player who is useless in attacking corners. Against big sides in away games should be work away tactic version. Anyway I will wait more feedback, and good luck.
Cheers.

Haha :D I did not know that you are talking about new FM, and until now I did not know that the tactics from FM11 works normally for FM12. I tried it now, and it work the same good like in previous version. Thanks man.
Btw I made one good 4-1-2-1-2 tactic for the new FM, and I will post it soon, then you can try it also. Cheers.
