hi i am lee, i found this on fm-base and i went on and it looked a good community to join, my current game i am in-charge of belhurst juniors, afc wimbledon and borth united who are in level 11 in the west yorkshire premier division Npower league two champions and level 6 of the welsh league. i dont have much time for this as i am working on a project i have edited 101 countries so far, mainly african nations and asian nations at the moment and a few european aswell aswell as my nations project trying to get some cut-out style facepacks, not much of a logo maker, made a few kits before, aswell. i like business & ict, got a A* in finance, when i play football manager i like Lower League management as this is a test for me, i am england and a bit welsh but not much, in the future i want to own my own company doing what yet i dont know yet well thats all

could someone tell me where the best place is for databases?

I don't tend to download databases, but the three places I would check (based on reputation only) are:

The Official Forums - http://community.sigames.com - which is where most people involved in the community are registered and advertise their stuff. Especially look in the editors' section.

FM-Base - http://www.fm-base.co.uk (which you're already familiar with)

Susie - http://www.sortitoutsi.net/ - which is one of the big, traditional sites with a lot of downloads.

There may be more, but they are the ones that immediately come to mind.
