I am still playing fm10, because I was too into it to buy 11. One feature added to fm11 I really thought sounded good was the dynamic league rep (especially since I enjoy long games). I wondered what you guys think about it. Have you seen it make major/minor changes in the football world in your games?

Side note: I plan to get fm12, and look forward to what this feature offers.

I've not really checked in my game, but I'm up to 2019 so it will be interesting to see if there have been any significant changes anywhere.

If you playing club in well known league maybe you can't see the effect. Try to win Champions League with clubs from Northern Ireland league, for two or three season. I've try that (need to cheat, you know how clubs from northern irish league) and their club reputation improves from national (or obscure) to continental after win Champions Cup for three or four seasons..

Northern Irish Premier League reputation also improves, currently in my game (I manage crusaders fc) we have two representatives for Champions League. The star rating for our league also improves a lot, thanks to our winning of Champions Cup.

For those who get butthurted because of my cheating in FM, i'm sorry but that's my game and by doing that now I know how dynamic league rep working.

To be honest, I think cheating is probably the only way to see the reputation thing working in a short space of time.

Mostly I wondered how long the effects will take (minus cheating ), and if you can see leagues rise and fall that you are not necessarily effecting. Or, if a Barca falls from grace do they take the league with them?

What I can see it might be happened like that. Because I'm realized that if teams from one league is performing well in major competitions, in this case Champions League, the competition will give us more slots and of course it will take up slots from others league.

For example my clubs Crusaders and my bitter rival, Linfield has been granted 2 starting slots at group stage. But I didn't realized if there's any club from certain league that have been stripped down its slots.

The Champions League spots are down to UEFA Co-efficient, not reputation. Co-efficient has been in the game for a long, long time. The difference you'll notice is in the standard of player that you'll be able to attract to the club and the way you'll be able to keep people there. It should also affect sponsorship and TV incomes.
