Just wondering whether or not anyone has had a player awarded a 10.0 for an individual match performance? Must admit, hadn't really noticed it until I beat Fulham in an 8-1 romp away at the cottage. My young regen striker bagged 3 goals and laid on another 3 for his team mates and finished with a 9.9! It was only after that I realised I didn't think I've seen a 10/10 on FM11.
Any of you out there had better luck?

I've got two or three times per season. From my observation you'll achieve it only by scoring 5 goals and above. Even 4 goals scored straight in a match doesn't guarantee you a perfect 10.

I've had players with scores as high as 8.5 without scoring any goals, so I'd presume that 3 goals would be the minimum to get the perfect 10, as scoring a goal seems to add 0.5 rating. I don't think I ever got it without the same player scoring 5 or so goals though, as the one bagging the goal in isn't necessarily the same guy who is actually making the magic happen.

I've had once in all my time playing FM (05, 09, 10 and 11), a striker who scored three or four goals. And then around five higher than 9.0.

Tens were ridiculously easy to get in FM06 if you had a good striker. Not so much in FM08 but I've had it happen a fair few times. 4 goals tends to do it

That was happening to me as well until I realized that I've playing my strikers as center backs the whole time. Once I remedied the situation they started scoring a bit more. Perhaps you're making the same mistake ;)

To be honest, it never happened that my player got a perfect 10 :)

I've many Football Manager stories but nothing like getting 10.

I win most of my league matches & my player's performances are great, so I though it is not possible to achieve 10. But as many members has claimed that they achieved it, so I think I am going to try different strategies. But could anybody give me a better suggestion? If so, I'd be grateful.
