If anyone else has got this Jamie Oliver 30 Minute Meals book, aside from the fact you can't cook them in 30 minutes (at least not first off, but that doesn't really matter), in the last week I've cooked the Jerk Chicken and the Piri Piri Chicken.
Both are effing amazing. I fully recommend them. Although if I was going to recommend one it would be the Jerk Chcken.

You actually got that book Chris? I watched his show on telly, and i would love to make some of the stuff he does.
Sushi is a great love for me tbh.. it's really nice to eat. but its something you'd either love or hate.
Vietnamese Pho is delish as well.. in terms of you guys talking curry.. a korma is the one for me.. considering how i cant stand the taste of Coriander.. only drawback though is that its not really that spicy.
Stir fry's are good too.. no recipes for that though.
Lasagne, noodles, and all as mentioned as well as a good roast.
and finally. THE FRY-UP.. is one of the best things ever.
