I'm glad to have found this place, and glad about reading the amazing articles british forum produces!
I usually play FM 2009, I started with 2001-2002 ages ago and still have fun.
I'm surely a motivational manager, I prefer the talks and psichologic approach to player than tactits, I like determinated teams and right now I'm winning a lot with Anderlecht.
