Is it season 7 on More4?

The very one - you been watching it?

Yes, I can't wait for another one today ;D. I'm really looking forward to see Seinfeld reunion.

Not sure what episode you poofs are on, just seen the Halloween one here.  Its tough watching, they don't do anything except angst for 45 mins and then progress the plot bit by little bit.  I thought from ep1 they were in trouble of doing a 'Lost' and it seems like they are.

Yeah, I'm reading the (first?) book.  I can't believe it was published 10 years ago!

Anyway, the TV series is similar to the storyline of the book so far, but there are quite significant differences.

I think I read somewhere that the TV series is only 'very loosely' based on or inspired by the book.

I really, really hate Futurama.  It's just one of those programmes (like Family Guy) that irritates the hell out of me.  Don't know why they irritate me so much, they just do.

Is it because they reuse jokes from The Simpsons, only they make 'em seventy-four times funnier?

Just watched the first two episodes from the final season of Scrubs.

I didn't think it could get any worse than season 8, but somehow they managed it

I haven't seen The Wire mentioned in this thread. Watch it. Watch it all. Watch it now. Simply incredible

True. Used to be such a good show, before it disappeared up it's own arse.

Started watching the first series of the Sopranos last night. Got the box set last Christmas and have only got round to it. Fantastic show, had forgotten just how good it was.

Always thought it was a show which was trying too hard to be a "classic". Still a good watch but, for me, just a bit too full of itself.

Haven't watched any new Scrubs for a while. I think the last ones I watched were the ones where Dr Kelso left and Cox took over. That series wasn't so bad.

Didn't the new season change the format completely? Sounds like they carried it on for one season too long.

Anyway - I know I'm way off the pace with this one, but I've just recently started watched Modern Family. Only seen 3 episodes of Series 1 so far, but it's hilarious!  :cake:

Has anyone been watching The Middle? I've seen a few episodes and it stars Neil Flynn (who I loved in Scrubs). Not one I would have to watch religiously, but definitely worth watching and is quite funny.

Daf, is Modern Family the one with Al Bundy in?

Yeah, I saw the episode of the middle where they tell the kid about the day he was born. That was pretty funny.

[me=deanashtonsfoot]looks up Al Bundy.[/me]

Ah....yes, looks like the guy who played him is the Dad/Grandad in Modern Family.

Hmm, I'll have to give those two shows a try then, or are they both on Sky?

I wouldn't feel that off the pace daf, I've never heard of The Wire, Scrubs, The Middle or Modern Family. I have heard of the Soprano's but I have never watched it..... Is it any good?
