VP here, from Susie. After yesterdays little skirmish i thought i'd sign up to show i dont want any bad blood between the sites and that in all fairness to us, it was just a miss understanding of the 'rules'.

Anyway, hello to all, not sure how much i'll actually post, but i come in peace

I'll be honest. I didn't appreciate the 'cut the fucking attitude' comment from you. Totally unnecessary and I'm betting you wouldn't speak to me like that face to face, not without it getting really nasty anyway. I'm a 41 year old bloke, and no-one speaks to me like that without me saying something about it. A 'take it easy' or 'drop the insults please' remark would have been enough.

I was pissed at gunnerfan, but only gave 'attitude' when he acted like I was in the wrong. I do and did apologise for the 'cheeky, ignorant, thieving moron' comment, but that's how I felt at that moment and it was a 'gut reaction' to his comments.

The rest of my comments were valid, pertinent and I had every right to make them, considering it does say LLM on the forum and, without blowing my own horn, if anyone is entitled to comment on the nature of an LLM forum, it's me.

I actually went there to see if [a] it was really LLM and [b] to see if I could help. I won't be returning or offering help as long as you have idiots like Kottonmouth posting there though.

I have no ill-will towards Susie, but unfortunately every time I go there there always seem to be flame wars (and not just when I post, before you say anything ). The attitude of some of the posters is unbelievably childish and I want nothing to do with people like that - it's why I rarely visit SI these days too.

I've already written to Jono and Duffy to say that this is not a Susie v FMB thing, and posted something similar on both our forums, so although this was a very unpleasant experience for me, it doesn't and won't affect our relationship with any of the staff there. You can't control what your posters do or say, so you can't be held responsible for them.

why hello...

i'm an 18-year-old giant from wales, and have been playing cm/fm since the era of cm2 (not bad for my age i think...), and i have a bit of reputation for writing classic FM stories on the ol' FAQFC website. if there's any grudges with them, please don't hold it against me, i know not of childish rivalry.. plus, the place is dead now anyway. soooo.. i'll be looking on here for tactic help, and any scouting anyone needs, give me a buzz... i know good players, just not how to use them so well on this new game.

but aye, be nice to me, yeah?

Our story area isn't too great at the minute but maybe, if your stories are good, you could change that. Welcome.

'Allo folks, I'm a 22 year old Welsh-Italian law student from Wales, albeit of the Joe Calzagheesque/fractionally Italian variety, so don't expect to see a word of Italian from me for that reason. I'm virtually impossible to offend, so even the most creative and crude of sheep jokes / taff jibes period shouldn't bother me, anything but. My favourite football team is and always will be Liverpool, but my favourite league overall over in recent years has been the Championship! I love how unlike in the Premiership, it can be difficult to predict the top 3/4 and how the fortunes of a club can change so dramatically one way or another within the timeframe of a season. For me, the deficit in class, high profile stars and tactical side of the game is more than made up for by an environment where a club is able to excel, if not over-achieve, despite there not being wholesale changes or multi-millions involved. Yes, I do concede that the same thing happens in the Premiership from time to time but, in the Championship, you usually have at least a handful of surprises every season in the form of teams doing better/worse than what they ought to on paper and that's the main thing which appeals to me. Needless to say, I've always enjoyed predominantly beginning most of my FM careers in the Championship.

I'm an avid forum poster, so you'll probably be seeing a lot of me.
